Flash Car Wash

I brought my vehicle in the West Springfield location on April 8 2023 , to have it detailed and noticed that the silver around my radio system was peeled off from the chemicals that Was used. the manager gonna tell me all That they use was Windex ,that is not true my vehicle was not damaged like that and I feel that I should be compensated I tried to file a complaint with the manager. He refused to write it up, and I feel disrespected, and I need my vehicle to be repaired. I had my car washed there and 50% of the dirt was left on the car. At first the manager told me it was because my car was dirty. When I pointed out it’s the same dirt/salt as on everyone else’s vehicle he stated it was because my car was black. I asked for a refund based on him saying it wouldn’t be possible to clean my dirty car and black car he refused. He stated they don’t do refunds. He runs a deceptive business. Upon further review of my receipt he added a .01 “donation “ to my total with my authorization. He advertised 24.99 and added on the .01 “donation” without my consent
