Review: Purchased A Watch in January. Arrived With Defective Straps. Contacted Flud Immediately. Communication was Immediate and After Having A Back and Forth With Purchase Details, I Was Guaranteed That Based on The Warranty I Would Be Sent Replacement Straps and Should Wait A Week or Two. Months Have Passed By and I Have Not Received Straps. I Have Missed The Return Period and When I Try To Contact Flud I Receive No ResponseDesired Settlement: Please Refund Or Replace The Item. As Stated in Warranty

Seems to have been changes in staff that slowed the process but after a few months this situation has been resolved. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Review: I ordered off their website and never received my items, I placed my order in August and they only sent me a conformation number and that was the last correspondence.Desired Settlement: Either send the items or refund my money.

Review: I purchase an item on-line. Was sent the wrong item. Company stated they would exchange item. Week later I've received no exchange of the item and the company will nt reply to e-mail sent regarding this issue.Desired Settlement: exchange of item

It has been less then 5 business days, and I already told her we were sending her a free replacement for sending the wrong item, and letting her keep the item as well. Additionally, she has not corresponded since I told her we were sending replacement for free.
Review: I was given a Flud watch as a Christmas present. I wore the watch for two months then the marker that denotes the number "12" inside the watches case has fallen off and now flops around inside the case. I have e mailed back and forth with a nameless representative for Flud since February and have had no resolve to this issue. I have repeatedly sent them the appropriate information regarding the original order number, method of payment, cost, delivery address and pictures of the watch itself to show how the watch broke. I have received nothing but the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. There is a 1 year limited warranty with this watch.Desired Settlement: Send me a replacement of the watch or send me a check for the full MSRP amount of the watch.
