I am owed a refund from May 2019. I paid in advance for an event that was cancelled. I made dozens of attempts to request my refund and rarely received a reply. When I was contacted I was told my refund would process in December. My refund did not process in December. I've made several attempts to contact FSR about my refund over the last few weeks with no reply.

Refund I would like my money back. It's been nearly a year. FSR have been unresponsive and have made no attempt to refund me in a timely manor or honor the lengthy refund timeline they promised.

We certify people to be referees or assessors in sports games, however we cannot help if a game is cancelled since it is beyond our control. Referees pay online prior to game to register. If an event is cancelled they can roll payment over to another game, they need to contact area guy so that they aren't charged another fee. If they cannot find another game by end of year they receive refund.
This person was refunded by check in mail, we will follow up with them to see if it was received.
This case may now be closed. FSR have finally made contact with me and approved my refund. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
