Then I had a pair that the temple broke on and I sent those in, I paid and they repaired and returned. Next the other temple broke, I sent them in and they said no warranty it was a different temple. I paid and they repaired and returned. This was in July 2021.
In March a temple broke, I sent them in and they wanted more money or to sell me new glasses. I wanted their warranty to cover them as they had promised when I first dealt with them. I told them the warranty on those glasses must cover and never heard from them again. They kept my glasses since our emails in April 2022.
Luckily had gotten a new pair from my eyedoctor as I had a slight changed. These others were to be my backup glasses.
Nope, they kept my glasses and I am done with trying to get them to honor their warranty. CHARMA

Review: I sent my prescription glasses in for a solder or welding repair to the arm of the glasses. I never got my glasses back and fixmyglasses.com will not return my phone calls or emails. Their phone system loops you to a message regardless of the time of day or the number you press when you call them. They debited money from my bank account, and I never got my glasses. I want my money and my glasses back.Desired Settlement: I want my glasses back in the same or fixed condition and I want my money back.
