Hi,Let me apprise you that earlier I wasn't able to access the complaints sent to me by Revdex.com & I also tried to report it by calling the contact number of Ms [redacted] After trying for so many time somehow I managed to talk to her to fix the issue but after spending a long time with her the issue could not be fixed & I was still unable to access the complaints using my registered e-mail addressAfter that I had the same issue & again tried to call Ms [redacted] & left numerous voice mails to contact me at my contact number however I never received any responseIn the meantime I kept checking to access the complaints on my own & sometimes I was able to access them & whenever I was able to do so I responded without any delayTherefore, It's my humble request to please check the technical side of the issue I faced so that I can respond to the complaints immediatelyIt would be highly appreciated.Thanks & regards
Dear Sir/Madam,I've reviewed the response from Fix Logics and it didn't address the issue at all. As such, I reject it. The issue is not about the initial service I received; the issue is that the authentication code, which is presumably known only to myself and Fix Logics, was made known to the scammers and when I raised the issue with Fix Logics, they couldn't address it. This was why I've decided to cancel my life-time service agreement with Fix Logics and asked for my money back. The refund had already arranged for the consumer when she contacted the billing team on the first occasion and expressed her dissatisfaction for the service she got from the technician. I have also attached the confirmation receipt for the same.
We provided an appropriate solution to the customer when he contacted us with the issue with his computer & he was quite happy & satisfied with the work done by the technician. I have also attached the e-mail sent by him which proves that our technician did an excellent job to fix the issue....
Later on the customer received calls from someone claiming to be Fix Logics. Though, we have already got an alert along with our accreditation with Revdex.com to make sure that none of the customers should entertain anyone wants to take access to their computers since we have had such complaints in the past as well. We also educate the customer about the same. In spite of all this the customer contacted his bank to raise the dispute for the amount charged by us wherein It wasn't our fault at all since we did the appropriate job to earn his satisfaction.
