I had roller blinds that were ordered and installed by a contractorAfter two years, a piece broke off from the end cap into the clutchI couldn't find any real information on what the parts were except to see that the end cap/clutch system had been discontinuedI went on the Fix My Blinds website and thanks to all of the detailed information provided on the website, not only could I identify replacement parts but there were instructions for how to do everything I needed to doI placed my order and, in less than an hour, I had an email that the parts had shippedI received the parts the next dayIt is rare these days to get such excellent serviceI am extremely happy that I was able to resolve my blinds issue inexpensively without having to scrap expensive blinds or having to hire someone elseIt was also great to accomplish this based solely on the website's troubleshooting, identifying blinds/parts, and product specification sections
There seem to be so few first rate, top shelf companies to deal with these days that I just wanted to let others know that Fix My Blinds is one of the best ever Window blinds come in all kinds of sizes and have all kinds of spare parts that wear out or break over time In my case, we needed valance clips for a year old set of window blinds Impossible to find in local hardware stores (Lowe's/Home Depot) or even specialty stores These guys have a website that's really easy to use....just compare what you need to the dimensions and pictures on their website, fill out the form and you get your parts in a few days, and at very reasonable prices I'm not alone in liking these guys....virtually every review I've read about them is stars!
I used this website for all of my replacement parts for my blindsWe had several gears (tilting mechanism) that were bad as well as broken clips and wandsI was thoroughly impressed with all of the different replacement parts they hadThe prices and service were greatWould highly recommend!!!
