Best honest place in town for repairs and buying vacuums is Fix-IT Shop.

I took my vacuum to a new business in town that had just opened Great Lakes Vacuum and what a mistake! rude manager at Sylvania location, they did not fix my machine correctly. Took my machine back to Fix It Shop he told me what was wrong and what the other place had failed to do, screws missing, another spring broken, plus some things I am now supcious of that they were trying to charge me for that did not need fixed.

Thank You FIX IT SHOP for being honest and helping me out with this nightmare I experienced at GLV.

I have purchased several vacuum cleaners from Mike. Mike is very honest and doesn't try to up sell.

Recently I took a vacuum cleaner in for repair was told by another shop in Maumee that it would cost $350.00, Mike had it fixed the next day under warranty, and would have been $45.00.
Lesson to be learned do business only with someone you trust, and a second opinion is a viable solution.
