Mr [redacted] 's vehicle was at Fix Auto facility for days, and was quoted to be in repairs for days Damage to his vehicle was extensive, and his insurance company deemed it repairable All issues he states in his complaint have been addressed and resolved, prior to Revdex.com sending his complaint Mr [redacted] was a fantastic customer, who we value his keen sense of craftsmanship and quality This is a human run industry, subject to human error We did resolve Mr [redacted] 's issues, and a cooperate fix auto employee came to assess the repairs we had completed We lined up his truck next to brand new vehicles similar to his, and all body lines and bed height were within gap tolerance guidelines from GM Since this has been resolved, we have had no other complaints from Mr [redacted] , nor USAA on his behalf Thank you for you time, Fix Auto 5th Avenue
