Fix Auto Sacramento

I took my Kia into Fix Auto in July and I am just getting my car back , the middle of October. I had minor damage. The bill was a little over $3000. Fit Auto gave me every kind of excuse why my car was not ready from. We had too order the parts, 3 times. We just painted the car and we are waiting for the paint too dry, so we can put the car back together. You can pick the car up on Monday. I never heard back from them. I was even told that they didn't know why my car was still there after all these months and the computer doesn't say why. They do not return calls or I was told that the technician is working on my car, and he would call me or he is with a customer, or on the phone. To this day I never heard back from him. They even broke my car key and the manger told me that it was like that when I brought my car there. Like I do not know how too push the button too open my car key. He stood there looking stupid and saying his people didn't do it. Also, that my car has been there for two months like that. I called the insurance company who sent me too them " ***" They are a joke as well. Fix Auto, never apologize for keeping my car that long and not taking responsibility for distroying my key. Thank God, I have another car. Just think of what my rental car bill would have been from the these unprofessional people. I hope and pray that their business goes under and the company don't make another dime.
