I contacted this company for a washing machine repair. My tenant mentioned the washing machine was making noise and not running properly.
This company came for the service repair...and the service repair person said the washing machine needed an adjustment and he could do the repair.
The labour charge was 250.00, for less than 1/2 work. Two weeks later my tenant calls me and says the washing machine is leaking. I believe this is where he did the repair at the back of the machine. When I contacted then to enquire they said this would be a net new service call and new charges would apply? I wanted them to follow up on he original service because something went wrong. They refused, it had to be a net new call. I called today asking for their address and they refused to give it to me. Flat out said they do not give out their address. I am concerned they are fraudsters and taking people's money. I want my money back! The date of my invoice is March 11, 2020. The invoice says labour charge only and they di not offer any guarantee of their work at all. They listed no parts changed- no warranty. ***. The person who answers the phone is very *** dismissive. I have since contacted a reputable service ***. Please help me to get my money back ***.
I want my money back. ***. They offered no warranty on their work labour, and refused to give me their address when I contacted them.
Washing machine repair that is making a loud noise. We dispatched a technician for a same day repair appointment 10am-12pm.
The technician checked the washer and provided a quote for the *** and indicated on the invoice that he tightened some connections that were loose and stated that the job was done without any warranty (since no parts were replaced) the technician tested the washer with the tenant that signed the invoice stating it is working and all is well.
*** the landlord contacted our office on March 31 (3 weeks after the visit) complaining that the washer is now leaking.
We explained to the customer that we were called to repair a loud noise and that problem was solved (noise while the washer was working and the technician repaired the issue). 3 weeks after the repair, the tenant is having a completely different issue.
The customer was informed that it is a new issue and will be a new service call.

I feel the company could have come back out .. and reassessed what they did, not as a net new charge. I am satisfied the company is aware of my feelings. Thank you for your intervention.
