Review: On 12/**/2013, I traded my Benz for a Grand Cherokee,Jeep "2014"- I received a trade in for the amount of 7000.00. $3135.00 went toward to payoff my debt with Teacher Federal Credit union, but I was informed from the dealership there was a balance of 480.00. I went into the place of business on 12/**/2013- to gave the difference. I have a receipt for $480.00, Number #[redacted]. I was informed by [redacted] that the payment will be overnight to the credit union..

I then received letter dated February **, 2014 from the Teacher's Federal credit union- stating that I was pass due on my loan note. The Teacher Federal credit union only received 3135.00 on Jan *, 2014. What happen to the 480.00 ? I called the dealership and spoke to the [redacted], by the name of [redacted] and he assured me that he will look into this. I never received a call nor a confirmation of the loan was paid. I then called and requested to speak the [redacted] of [redacted]r and once again I was promised this issues will be resolved quickly. That was not the case. It is March *, 2014 and still no call nor answer to my missing money. On February [redacted],2014 I had to go to the credit union and pay off the loan, before my credit will be report to credit bureau. I had to pay late charges etc... Total of 500.00. As of this date im still missing my money and still no answer from the dealership. I've called the credit union and there has been no payment made from the dealership. What kind of business to this location run and what kind of customer service do they provide to customer? I am disappointed with the outcome.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund in the amount of 500.00 plus day off from work to resolve this matter -500.00.... going to dealership twice....total of 1000.00- emotional stressed.
