Five Starz Construction & Roofing

Julian came out to give me a quote on my 2000 sq ft house and 144 sq ft shed - a two layer tear off and replace. I checked references through the Revdex.com and Angie's List, and talked to the owner of the former company for which he worked. All references were very positive. His price was also very reasonable compared to the other four companies I had out for quotes... the other guys trying to sell siding and windows and gutters etc.

On the day of the work the dumpster was delivered at 6:30 AM and the full crew of 9 including Julian started promptly at 7:00. They worked very consistently for 12 hours, each man knowing what his tasks were to be. The re-roof was completed in one day including the shed. All of the cleanup including nail search and area policing was done by that evening. The job looks beautiful and professionally done and completed at the agreed upon price.

I definitely recommend Five Starz Construction and Roofing to do your shingle roof.

When I first met Julian, he quoted the full tear off of my roof and brand new gutter system. We felt he was very fair with his price. His hard working crew worked from 7:30 in the morning until 6:00 that evening, They completed the total job in one day. His workers were careful not to damage any of the landscaping around the house and after they cleaned up, the only evidence there was work done, was the brand new roof and gutters that were installed. My wife and I were so impressed we asked him to quote siding our house and garage. That work turned out better than we imagined, their attention to detail is wonderful. It's as if they were doing their own personal house. We highly recommend Julian and his crew at Five Starz Construction, they are very good at what they do!

I can’t recommend this company enough. They had my roof done in one day and took great care to not disturb anything else including the lawn, driveway or landscaping. Their professionalism is, in my opinion, of the highest possible degree. I have some siding work that needs to be completed also and I will not even consider anyone else but them.

I agree with most of the other reviews on here aside from professionalism. Their install is not an a neat and workmanlike manner in my case. In example, regarding my electrical service drop Five Starz removed the pipe straps secured to my home and never reinstalled them. Leaving the service drop on an angle after having the plywood and shingle done. Secondly, I paid for new fascia and other wood repairs. Now I have leaking behind the gutter coming down the fascia - craftsmans style house here, however, this should not occur in any install. Also, at the apron of the roof they came up short on the with which left a gap - the void was then covered with ice shield - that then shows on the underside on a craftsman style house... Hope to hear from the shop upon submitting review.

Five Stars bidded on replacing my roof and gutters I excepted the contract and gave the deposit Jullian gave me a date when they would do the job and they came on that date to do the work and did an excellent job my wife and we're happy with the men doing the work and the crew who did the gutters and also the screens were awesome everyone cleaned up each day after they were done each day. When they were done there were no surprises with the final invoice no ad ones exactly what I agreed on was it. I have Been recommending Five Starz to all my neighbors Again first class company
