Review: My complaint is that I was sold something that I did not want. I was told by the sales associate,[redacted],that I was buying a Boost Mobile IPhone 6 Plus 64gb phone for $749.99,which came to $800.00 after taxes, but she sold me a IPhone 6 Plus 16gb phone for $749.99($800.00 after taxes). The next day when I tried to return the phone(with the original receipt,original packaging and all items included) for the actual phone that I wanted I was told that I could not exchange it, and that the store does not give refunds.I asked if I could speak to her supervisor and the sales associate([redacted], who Had sold me the phone to begin with) was unable to reach her boss because she claimed that she did not have his number, did not know when her boss would be back to the store and did not attempt to help me in anyway.Desired Settlement: I just would like to be able to exchange the Boost Mobile IPhone 6 Plus 16gb that they sold me for what I had originally was told that I was buying from them, a Boost Mobile IPhone 6 Plus 64gb.
