Review: We had a disagreement with the airline ticket that they sold us that they did not explain the fact that it was non refundable and non exchangeable. When the [redacted] got on the phone, he told me that he could not help me and I was not emotional because I was not [redacted]. He continues to scream and yell at me that I was not [redacted] on the phone.Desired Settlement: We would like an apology and a full refund of our tickets. When I asked him for an apology he claimed he did not remember what he said even though it was 10 minutes prior.
