Five Star Tire Service, Inc.

After having rear brakes and a oil change done, then being over charged for the service, is completely unacceptable. Afterwards, calling into Five Star to question my bill I was rudely given a unsatisfactory explanation and then hung up on. I then proceeded to call back, where as the owner answered the phone and at first offered to do his research and get back to me. When receiving the call back from the owner, he tried explaining his mark-up reasons, which I did not agree with. So the OWNER, rudely stated that he was done with me and hung up. Very unprofessional and overpriced!!!! Make sure you do your research yourself, because mechanics are sneaky!!!!
