I did not receive any letter from [redacted] or Servco notifying me of any recall. As a result when this problem arose I took it to [redacted] Service to have it repaired which cost me $161.34. After Servco fixed my car, I applied for reimbursement for the [redacted] charge. They refused to do so. I feel... that they are at fault and they should reimburse me.

In reviewing your case, he determined that your request for reimbursement of the diagnostic fee from *** Servco Center would not be reimbursed.
