After multiple requests, the Five Star Reunions company has not returned my emails or phone calls regarding the refund of my $250.00 deposit used to secure a venue for a high school reunion.
After reading the Five Star Reunions contract, it was decided that using their service was not a good fit for us. The amount of $250.00 was to secure the date for the reunion.
This was NOT a non-refundable deposit and no contract had been signed. It has been confirmed that payment to secure the date, was never forwarded to the venue by the Five Star Reunions company.
I have spoken with him several times and his refund WAS mailed a couple of weeks ago.
