Five Star Reunions

Five Star Reunions charged us $for each person for our School Reunion that was held at the begging of October and didn't get everything we paid forThe food was good but that was because the hotel the reunion was at catered the foodNo signs except for a welcome sign at the sign in table, No school name, no class year nothing but a welcome signName tags had names on them no pictures of classmates on themDecorations, what there was looked like they came from the Dollar Store, No pictures were take from Five Star Reunion not even a class pictureAll the pictures that were taken were from us, the ClassmatesThe Lady that was representing Five Star Reunions was drinking while she was workingBy 7pm when the Reunion started she seemed Drunk cause she almost fell a few times when she was walkingShe came into the room when a few balloons were popped yelling as loud as she could saying they were her balloonsReally! One of our Male Classmates had to tell her to stop yellingShe left the room and so did many of our classmatesShe walked into the room again and started yellingOnce again she was told to stop yellingOur Reunion ended after This Lady from Five Star Reunions did her yellingEven though we still had time it was cut short because of herShe was Drunk, slurring her words and didn't know what was going on most of the timeSad sad way to run a businessGuess it is ok if employed by Five Star Reunions to get drunk on the jobThere was a guy that also was working for Five Star Reunions tried to tell us that the reason she was drinking was because of family issuesWe all may have family issues but don't think we can get drunk at work I would not Recommend this business at all

Review: I was going to go to my class reunion. After I made a $95.00 payment through www.classquest.com I broke my right big toe. The bone that broke shattered into little pieces. I had surgery on my toe 9-25-2014. I sent 2 emails requesting a refund due to a medical problem. I never received a reply. I also called them. A message came on that they will get back to me. (I'M NOT HOLDING MY BREATH)! They never got back to me. IT seems like they have no intention of giving me a refund. I didn't do this on purpose. I really wanted to go. I've requested other refunds by email and the company replied with in a day. THAT'S NO WAY TO RUN A COMPANY. My wife just checked the mail and there was a refund check form FIVE STAR REUNIONS. The refund that they sent me was $75.00. I paid $95.00 so they still owe me $20.00. Never worked with a company that charges $20.00 fee for a refund. (STILL NO WAY TO RUN A COMPANYDesired Settlement: All I want is the $20.00 that they still owe me. The total that I paid was a little over $107.00 they charged a $12.00 service charge. Please just refund my money.
