Paid for Resume Writing service. Service was never fulfilled.Retained the services of [redacted], on May 26th, for resume writing and cover letter. We had actually had several conversations prior to that, before I actually chose a plan that fit my needs. When the decision was made, I went to her website, and chose my package,a $159.00 resume write charge, and a $70.00 cover letter charge. Paid them both through [redacted]. She quickly contacted me, stating that things were changing, and she was no longer using [redacted]. [redacted] did then refund my monies to my[redacted] account, and instructed me to pay the $199.00 fee for the same services, through a service called [redacted]. $199.00 was deducted from my account on 6/3/16, via the [redacted] payment plan. A request was sent to me by [redacted] to return a completed Questionnaire, which I returned to her on 7/16/16. I had explained to her that we were traveling and had some remodeling going on, so it may take me a bit. She simply told me to complete it when I had the time. From the time I returned the questionnaire to her, on 7/16/16, there has been no communication from her. I have made several attempts to contact her, via email, phone calls and texts. I feel I have given her ample time to respond and I am now seeking a full refund for services not fulfilled.Desired SettlementLooking to receive a full refund of $199.00.
Paid for a resume writing service. The service was not completed. All attempts to contact the provider remained unanswered.I contacted Mrs. [redacted] in early June for a resume writing service. Mrs. [redacted] agreed to charge me $169 for this service which I paid. Mrs. [redacted] had a phone contact with me to discuss the resume. I also filled in a general questionnaire and sent her a copy of my resume which I needed revamped. Mrs [redacted] did send me a first draft by Email. I reviewed the introduction and notified her that I would need to review the rest later because I had a demanding work appointment, was sick and then left on vacation. When I returned from my vacation in mid-July, I planned to review the rest of the resume and looked for the first draft through my Email. I could no longer locate this draft which had been shared through a document sharing link I believe. For two weeks I attempted to contact Mrs. [redacted] through Emails, texts and voice mails. Mrs. [redacted] requesting her to share this initial draft again with me. All attempts to contact Mrs. [redacted] remained unanswered. On August 2nd, I sent her yet another Email notifying her that she could simply send that initial draft again to me and that I would finish it myself and consider the deal done for the price which I had paid. It is now August 17th and I have not heard back from Mrs. [redacted]. I have shared sensitive information with her through the resume which I had sent her and through the phone conversation which I had with her placing my trust in her. Although she made it clear that it was a favorable deal, the amount of $169 which I paid her for this service was a considerable investment for me. I got nothing back for this money, not even an incomplete first draft.Desired SettlementFirst and foremost, I would like a courtesy explanation why the service was abruptly discontinued. If the service cannot be rendered, I would like the initial draft to be sent to me again.
