Review: I ordered the safety loop loc solid cover with mesh drains through this company. The service was really horrible, horrible, horrible. I gave the [redacted] a deposit of $1800.00 towards the cover in early May. I was told in approximately 10 business days I'll have my new cover ready. I waited until end of October to see my new cover installed. In the meantime called the company many times with no answers or no return calls. Finally the [redacted] called back because we went through Revdex.com. He made up all kinds of excuses. After waiting so long, he said he was too busy and he took the wrong measurements, he has to re-measure it. Okay, after 5 months waiting, I finally got my cover installed. Now, I have issue with the cover. It has a puddleof water sitting on the cover, which shouldn't be. I believe that has to do with the installation. I was told the cover is maintenance free. Again called them up a few times no one picked up. Left messages never call back.Desired Settlement: I want them to come look at it and fix the problem.

Thanks for following up on my case with Five Star Pools. The problem has not been solved. The company has contacted me once saying that the cover needs some adjustments. By now same problem still exist. Called and left messages. Have not heard from them as usual.

I m so [redacted]with this company, very unreliable. Hope this will be over soon.
