incident which was told to had taken place on 3-23-Here at our salon we always try to follow protocol and disinfectant after each and every clientAfter each use we set aside the used dirty utensils to be disinfected in the same dirty container and use only the clean ones in the clean container per customer.We apologize if there had been a misunderstanding and since this is the first time this matter was brought to our attention we weren’t able to talk to *** yet.We would be happy for *** to come back and talk to us to see where we may perhaps ran into misunderstanding.Thank you for notifying us so that we may further strive to follow protocol and keep a clean and sanitize environment at our salon.Management

I'm currently loosing part of my left nail because of the infection.I would simply like to be reimbursed (pedi {$40} and mani, the $service).Please let me know how to go about doing that.*** *** *** ***
