Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As you can see by the response he cannot even get the name of his own company rightHe did nothing to help in resolving anything with his insurance company and if you look at other reviews of his company when insurance needs to be involved he suddenly can't be reachedI have written proof where he has lied His insurance has now taken responsibility for the accident as we had to wait on the police report due to no information from him to helpI stand by everything I have said Regards, [redacted]
Yes I'm responding back to the complaint that was filed against my company and reference to an accident we weren't even involved with this person is any part of our business a tire came off one of the vehicles the lug nut off and hit this particular person's vehicle insurance company was contacted in reference to what was going on we have a claim number we spoke to the claims representative and this person mother who keeps following complaints are responded to you and other people in reference to this accident I have done everything on my part as a business owner in reference to getting this matter taken care of professionally and as smoothly as easily the mother that's writing these things has no right to be writing things against this one she was not involved it was her daughter and has nothing to do with my company person as far as business why it was a simple freaking nature that this happened and we deeply apologize for any things in reference to this we've been nothing but very cooperative very polite and very helpful to try to get this matter rectify quickly as possible thank you so much *** Ausmus owner five star movers
Used Five Star Movers recently for move from Midland to Bryan, TX Steve talks a good game but is disorganized to say the least Came hours late to load us May 28th after packers came on May 25th He never checked on his packers (women) then comes to start to load and says there is too many loose items Called @ 5:00pm on Friday May 29th said he was in Abilene and was on his way Wanted to try to unload during the night, we agreed due to the threat of rain the next day He then called back @ 9:20pm was near Temple, TX and would see if his men would work all night 10:20pm calls and one truck is broke down, will not make it tonight SatMay 30th calls and is looking for truck to complete the move Finally arrives just before 1:00pm and begins the unloading process Nothing is loaded in order or rooms so we just get blasted with the house being filled up with boxes I have to ask for beds to get put together Numerous items broken and no offer to replace or pay for damages One, thing I can say positively, we did get moved, but it was not a pleasant experience
To whom it may concern I am responding back to this complaint that was filed against me everything is not true and robbers to guess the lady's name is [redacted] at [redacted] insurance I advise the lady in reference to this several times she had her mama get involved right complaints to you like them...
