Ordered product from their website as it stated product was IN STOCK. It was NOT in stock, and 5 wks after being charged? Still waiting. Req'd Refnd.I shopped around on the internet for the product I wanted and every website stated that the product was not in stock and was backordered. I came to this companies website and it very clearly stated that the product I wanted was "IN STOCK". My credit card was charged 4 days later and I expected delivery within 2 weeks. 3 Weeks later, I called them asking where my product was and they stated that it was not in stock and was backordered but they charged me so that they could "hold" my place in line for receipt of the product. Now, 5 weeks later, I call again asking for an update and am told that the product is backordered and that they charged me because they had to pass the money on to the person they were getting the product from. This is unethical business practice.Desired SettlementAs long as they refund my money quickly, no other settlement requested. They've earned interest for 5 weeks on my money...they've already got a benefit out of me.
