I was told the heat was fixed on my rental property and charged $for a new transformer/service call Was told that I needed a new thermostat that would be an additional $ In reality the heat is not fixed and the thermostat was not the problem The employee was not truthful, did not fix the problem, and the company offered no compensation for the $I wasted fixing nothing Heat is still broken!
