I am rejecting this response because:
I entered a contract with Cristian (Cris) T[redacted], the owner of Five Star Hardwood Flooring, Inc. to complete the installation of my flooring from March 2, 2015 to March 7,
2015. Unfortunately Mr. T[redacted] was unable to complete the project in time due to another pending project. In addition, Mr. T[redacted] informed me that I would need to order additional stair nosing for the remainder of the project. It is true, that Mr. T[redacted], informed me that he would contact me concerning when he would schedule the remainder of my project. Mr. T[redacted] further noted that the summer is his “high season” and he would have multiple projects going on.
On March 18, 2015, I sent Mr. T[redacted] a text message indicating that the remainder of the flooring and stair nosing would arrive on April 7, 2015 due to a strike at the Port of Seattle/Tacoma. Mr. T[redacted] replied “Thank you.” I do not have any records showing Mr. T[redacted] contacted me after that timeframe to complete the project.
On November 4, 2015, I contacted Mr. T[redacted] again and asked if he could complete the project on dates ranging from November 21, 2015 through January 9, 2016. On November 5, 2015, Mr. T[redacted] informed me “Ok no problem I’ll let you know which days work.” However, did not follow up with me concerning scheduling the remainder of the project. On January 23, 2016, I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. On February 5, 2016 Mr. T[redacted] finally contacted me and stated that he was out of the country for a month, had a cold, didn’t have a phone with him to email or call me, and he wanted to finish the project last summer but didn’t receive a return call from me. Unfortunately, I do not have any records showing I received any calls from Mr. T[redacted] during last summer.
