Sorry to hear that you are not happy with our service as our policy indicated that no REFUND on services or products [redacted] ***..we soaked your foot, we cleaned your foot, etcfor more than an hour and you said half an hour that is not true for both mani and pedi...secondly when you came in to see us you just show us your nail but not your foot and your mother didn't even presence at the time (as she was the one paying for the service for you and her) and you are refusing to bring her in to show us if there is anything we had done on her to see if there is anything wrong, you are refused to show us your own foot...only a little chip on the nail (as you were aware of that nail polish is not going dry right away) and when you left whose know what you have done to your nails as we offered to have it repainted but you refused to do so it was your choice but sorry no refund whatsoeverLastly if the person(s) is not not happy with his/her services......they shouldn't be paying so never mind about tipping $Anyway we are not returning the money as you were a nail biter and never get pedi done so often so there were layer and layer of calluses built up...all we can do is to recommended to have you come in more regularly and not criticizing you as you saidsorry we cant make everyone happy and we have done everything we could and our salon don't need a terrible client [redacted] like youJadena told me that you both were so happy when you left

This is exactly why this business will failThis is the worst customer service I've ever experiencedAs an owner you continue to berate me and discuss my feet, accusing the client of being a liarEverything that has been replied has been a complete lie but there is no resolution hereI will continue to do my best to make sure this company is not supportedThe only good thing about our experience was JadenaWe left happy with her due to our conversations with her not for the serviceI may be one person/client but social media is a wonderful asset these days
