When we told they customer's boyfriend that he would have to pay 50% of the cost of the new part seeing as it is not a safety nor a [redacted] issue, the boyfriend became extremely aggressive, and started punching doors and walls of our dealership. We had no choice but to call the police to remove him off the premises. We do not tolerate any acts of violence in our establishment.

though the vehicle was 10 years old, and out of Connecticut state warranty for used motor vehicles, we still tried to accommodate [redacted], by giving her a piece of mind with our dealership warranty. After the warranty expired, we still worked on Ms. Watson's vehicle free of charge and solved her concerns. Best Wishes, Five Star Cars LLC Ronny C[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I feel as a customer I was not treated properly. I have never has such a terrible experience in my life with a business. I was told my car would be done and I arrived there that afternoon at 1:00pm and my car was not finished until 4:30pm. One of the workers said they did not have time to clean the car because the weather was not nice and they needed 3 days. They had my car longer then that and it could have easily been cleaned. As far as my boyfriend having the police called on him he was the one to call the police. I spoke to the police officer on the phone. I will not recommend this company to anyone. He buys the cars at auctions and waits until someone is ready to buy it and then they begin to work on it. My boyfriend also brought a car from them and they did not tell him it was no good and that he had to pick out another one until we got there. He took it back to be fixed and is continuing to have problems. They were responsible for emissions and I pay for that out of my pocket. I just need to know if I should contact my lawyer
Sincerely,
