Tell us why here...In response to the complaint that Mr [redacted] has filed with Revdex.com, the warranty that was purchased was overlooked by my accountant and was not submitted, but regardless of the clerical error I have fully assumed responsibility and have paid for the repairs to the transmission? that totaled $1691.00(which I attached) and I waived the $deductible for Mr[redacted] for his inconvenienceIn regards to the cost of warranty and total finance of vehicle the sales price was $with itemized charges equaling $including the? warranty for? $totaling $Mr[redacted] had a down payment of $leaving balance due $11518.00(please refer to purchase order attached)My proposed resolution we can reinstate the warranty, ensure the vehicle is completely repaired or we can cancel warranty and submit check to the leinholder [redacted] in the sum of $1000.00, the cost of warranty and again ensure the vehicle is completely repaired.?
