I took my car in to get fix because it would turn off after a while they guaranteed my van to wrk but they didn't we told them we thought it was fuel pumphe changed catylac converterwe took it off the shop cause he said it was fixed it still didn't wrk he took it back and he checked it out then he told us that at the end to take it to Honda cause they would know what to do

On April 12, 2015, a 2002 Honda Civic was brought in by Mr, [redacted] (Miss. [redacted] boy friend's father). After I checked the car I found the engine wasn't good, so I told Mr. [redacted] the engine needed to be replaced. The cost to...

replace the engine ( Used from Japan), T/belt, WI pump, Hoses and Belts is $ 1,800. But when I took out the engine, I saw the Axcels weren't good, so I told Mr. [redacted] we needed to replace the Axcels too and Mr. [redacted] asked me if I could help with the cost, so I told Mr. [redacted] I would just charge the parts no more additional labor, the cost for Axcels are $ 100. The car was done on April 19, 2015.
Around 2 weeks after that, Miss.[redacted] took the car back in and said there was .a leak, after I checked, I found out the leak was not from the engine but from Rack & pinion and I gave her the estimate to fix the leak from Rack & pinion which is $ 425.
There is a 6 month warranty on the engine, enclosed are receipts from Nippon Motors, World Pac, and Star which is where we got all the parts.
