Five Star Auto Body

Review: I had this company repair my rear bumper on my 2010 Mercedes GL450 aproximately 1 year ago. Upon repair, I have taken it back twice to be repainted because the paint on the rear bumper was not painted correctly. You can see the paint overspray all over the passenger side rear bumper. My car was recently in another accident and since it was in the body shop at Caliber Collision, I asked them to fix the paint job they did. They said they would remove the bumper, sand it down and repaint it. Upon doing so, they found that the bumper was not properly fixed, the backup sensors were not correctly put in place but glued to the bumper which was not how the manufacturer requires. I asked them to take pics and please repair all work that was not done correctly by Five Star Auto Body. I will be getting my car back from Caliber Collision this week with the old bumper which Five Star Auto Body repaired incorrectly. I do not trust them to do the work again since they have repainted my bumper twice and still isn't correct and after finding out this news from Caliber Collsion, I definitely do not want them to touch my car again. It is costing me almost $2000 to replace because a new bumper and new back up sensors for my car including painting too. I would like your company to respectfully review the information and if any necessary information you need to contact me and I would be glad to provide to you. I am seeking reimbursement from Five Star Auto Body to have my rear bumper properly fixed.Desired Settlement: As stated above, I am having Calibur Collsion in Riverside, CA completely fix my rear bumper since Five Star Auto Body has done a completely unsatisfactory job.
