outstanding balance of $539.08 due to Five Sons Roofing to date. Mr. [redacted] of Five Sons Roofing still agree's to take care of the problem for Mrs. [redacted] once final payment is received for the installation.

I have paid Mr. [redacted] the full amount (minus the depreciation fee)on the spot. My understanding is that it is Mr. [redacted]'s responsibility to send the final repair invoice stating the repair has been finalized per Nationwide estimate to the insurance company so that they can release the withheld depreciation fee to me and so that I can pay him the remainder of the balance. I called to confirm this is the correct procedure with the insurance and to date they have not received anything from Five Sons Roofing. Additionally, I have not received any invoices or communication (other than the initial one I paid right away)from Five Sons Roofing and my emails and phone calls have not been returned. The requested work is not beyond the scope as it creates a health hazard, this has been discussed and Mr. [redacted] agreed to remedy the situation. I have reached out to Douglas County Building Inspector [redacted] who has attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] on my behalf with no success.
Please follow up with the insurance company so they can release the depreciation amount and please finalize the proper roof installation as was agreed within 2 weeks of the receipt of this response. I will pay the remainder once the insurance releases that amount and after Five Sons Roofing remedies the hazards related to the roof installation. Thank you.
