Five Mile Glass

Beware! We Hired this company to install one window and made the mistake of paying them in full once the window was in. The trim on the outside has still not been installed, and it has been over 3 1/2 months. Very hard to get in contact with anybody and they continue to say that they will be out the next day. Have yet to see them or get a phone call from them. I only get the same response every time I call them. I recommend you do not pay them in full until the job is done in full. Inspect their work. The two pieces of trim that they have put in are very obviously not the right pieces and don’t even line up. As a small business owner myself, I am apalled at the lack of professionalism, quality service, and communication from this company!
