I have rented a fence from Tri-City fence company for YEARSWhile they were willing to allow for lateness (sometimes extreme) after my near fatal accident, there has been one serious area of contentionI have offered to buy out the lease and was quoted a astronomical price (I was able to duplicate for half the quote) or asked for removal, in a effort to stop the rising balanceI was informed that they couldn't remove until balance was paid in full and in the meantime the money rate would continueIf I were unable to pay in full prior to a date they would then remove it and charge an additional $*** feeI find it deplorable that dispite having paid for that fence 8X over, having moved away and no longer using the fence, there couldn't be a more amicable resolution
