Five Boro Home Solution Corp

Review: I was involved with 5 Boro Home Solution dealing with a short sale. Even though the short sale was approved, I had questions on what paperwork was submitted to the mortgage company. I later found out that [redacted], rep for 5 Boro was working for the buyer and seller(which is me) at the same time. That creates a dual agency situation that must be agreed to by all parties in writing (not done). Also, [redacted] working with [redacted] of [redacted] says she placed my property on the MLS LI website as required for short sales. I attempted to view my house on the MLS site and it wasn't visible. [redacted] states that it was posted but if it's not visible, how can it be there? Upon contacting the mortgage company about the short sale approval, it was disclosed to me that they were provided a "printout". What was given to the mortgage company? The buyer and at least one lawyer is saying I will be sued and continue to harass me into continuing a deal that all parties involved won't show me what was submitted to the bank for my review unless done in the presence of them (the buyer and his attorney). This screams intimidation.Desired Settlement: Cancel this transaction with all parties involved { 5 Boro Home Solution, [redacted] (the buyer) and all lawyers of the parties},stop harassing me (I am seeking counseling over the constant threat of a lawsuit) and consenting to not send any information to anyone else (for them to call and harass me).
