Review: [redacted] of Fitzgerald Painting was contracted to paint the exterior of my home, which included, replacing all deteriorated wood and install replacement windows. He left 2 areas unfinished on the painting,the downspouts were left bent and laying on the ground and 1 replacement window was inferior quality and did not match the other windows of the house. I called [redacted] on 3 different occasions and left messages for him to complete the job. He never called back. The last time I left a message for him I told him I would finish the painting and reinstall the down spouts, Again he has never called back. Throughout the whole job [redacted] told me he was short of money and had major health issues and would request more money up front. Unfortunately, I thought he was sincere. I paid him for the whole job. I hate to see others get taken by this painting contractor.Desired Settlement: I would like the 1 window replaced with the same windows as the rest of the house or to be paid for the cost of a new window plus installation.

Dear Suzie Boykin,

[redacted] did not show up on the 14th of June as he stated he would. I called and left 2 messages for him, he did not return my calls. He has not completed the job. I have decided to let it go and just quit trying to get him to finish. I think he would do a poor job if he did do anything. I am just sorry for anyone who hires him to do work for them.
