bill and would like to clear that up. The brake fluid service you are requesting to be refunded was included and performed as part of the 60,000 mile service. The additional services requested where front and rear differential fluid replacement with a cost $109.90 for the front and $69.95 for the rear and a power steering fluid replacement service with a cost of $109.95. I made the offer of a $50.00 store credit and it was accepted at the time of our phone conversation. I apologize if I was not clear in my explanation of your invoice and will be happy to increase your store credit an additional $50.00 to equal $100.00 in total. I read your letter.When I spoke to you on the phone you said the brake fluid replacement was NOT included in the 60,000 mile service  and I was charged $119.95 for it.Now you say it was included. Just like you and the service adviser said the  spark plugs weren't included in the 60,000 mile service - but your website says otherwise.It appears that you're just making it up as you go along.The first time I spoke to you - you said the charges for replacing the fluids was $299.80 and now you're saying the charges for replacing the fluids is $289.80 ?
