daughters room. Each tenant is required to view the property they are about to rent personally before we will sign a lease with them. They are signing that they have viewed it and accept it in its current condition.He did ask that the fence be repaired.The fence blowing over is not a systems issue, it does not make the home uninhabitableSystems issues do fall under the day rule that we must start making repairs within days of written notice. It did take quite a bit of time to find someone that could do the workThe other issue was that the owner of the property that we manage, was having some financial difficulties of her ownIt was a financial hardship for her to have it fixed and it took some time to get it done as a result. I am prohibited from commingling funds in that my business cannot "carry" the costs of repairs for a given rental. This was explained to Mr***. The work has been completed.Mr*** came into my office on one occasion and was verbally abusive to me and my staff, and was asked to leave. A few days later he called the office and screamed obscenities at my temporary secretary.
