10 minute experience of nothing good at all. The guy at the desk (a heavyset black dude in his 20s or 30s, 6 foot, wearing headphones) gave us 2 key cards that didn't work. Our room was on the 6th floor and I went back to him 2 times before he decided to open our room with the master key.

My friend asked him to please ensure that the key cards work for us tomorrow so we don't get stuck outside of our room and he became angry. He complained that he doesn't make the door and that he can kick us out if he wants. She asked to speak to a manager and he said he is the manager.

She ended up closing the door on him and in 10 seconds he knocked on the door and said he was kicking us out. He accused her of using a slur against him and he didn't like it, even though my friend is also black (but with lighter complexion). He said he was going to call the police on us so we just left.

Our last interaction with him is him saying that he cannot give us a refund because he is not a manager. I will be stopping the charge with my credit card company. But wish horrible businesses like this will go out of business.
