We hired Mr. [redacted] a year ago to do some construction work for us that at this point still has not been completed. We have been given several different excuses as to why we have waited this long for completion of the work to be done in our home. I paid Mr. [redacted] a deposit of [redacted] that was said to at first be a deposit but then was to cover all work to be completed. After some time to replace the ceiling in my daughters bedroom, Mr. [redacted] was supposed to come back and repaint my sons room.. He started the work and put a coat of kills on it but never returned to finish the painting and left his materials at my house as well for weeks until I finally moved them.
