I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Company responded via phone The consumer is welcome to go to a regular membership.  If she would like to do this, she would need pay the $49 enrollment fee and then the regular monthly fees thereafter.
