In response to complaint ID # ***, Tivity Health offers the following response. From the documentation provided by the individual in the initial complaint, it appears that the individual and his spouse may have contacted Murfreesboro Athletic Club to close/cancel their memberships;
however, Tivity Health (formerly Healthways) was not contacted by these individuals until July 18, 2017, to cancel their Fitness Your Way membershipsAt that time, and in accordance with the program agreement, each individual’s account was closedBased on this information, no billing errors occurred which require reimbursement. Should either of the referenced individuals have additional questions, our Account Resolution team may be contacted at ***
