[redacted], I also have reported this to the police department due to the theft of my wallet. Your contact logs should date back when the first charge was made for 179.96. Please return the funds back to my account dated: 08/02/2016 179.96 & 09/02/2016 for 78.99. I reported this account fraudulent the day of these charges to your clubs (called multiple locations to make them aware to flag). In addition, I've wrote in- I've also went to your website as well and got no response until I reported this to Revdex.com. Please let me know the next steps & assure me this account has no access to my account information as well.
I am rejecting this response because:While they have done some to rectify the situation, I still cannot get a hold of [redacted] and was owed additional visits from past months when my previous trainer, **, cancelled meetings. Which he told me that those missed meetings would be added to the END of my contract. I have text messages, etc showing his cancellation. What should I do? Thank you for your help.

Hello,The collections agency has already been contacted to remove the balance by Fitness Evolution as of 2weeks ago.Since this was a paid in full membership, and cancellation was not requested within 5 days, the member will not receive a refund. The collection issue, however, has been taken care of.
Fitness Evolution has already spoken with the member directly, and member has stated she is satisfied with response.

Account is set to cancel as of 1/15/2016. No more billing will go through for the account, as we have waived the 30 day notice and RGF as a courtesy to the member.
Hello Thanks for your reply, I dont recall the exact day as its been an year almost. please check your video recordings or they even scanned my membership card while they are freezing my account.

Fitness Evolution took over [redacted]s in April along with all of their members. Your account was transferred over as an active account. The notice you received did not state your membership was terminated, it stated that the payments had been stopped. In order to terminate the...
memberships a written request was to be provided 10 days prior to the bill date per the [redacted]s agreemente. The balance is valid as you did not properly terminate the membership and would not be able to issue any refunds.

I am rejecting this response because: At fitness evolution the membership agreement is fill out by the manager or the registry at their gym. They only ask you to initials, not on their computer but on the credit card machine after you have swipe your card. I have never received any email from fitness evolution after my registration with their. l believe they dont even know my email address. Some of the small bussiness owners are mostly out there to steal from their customers and fitness evolution is one of them. l was at fitness evolution on the 22nd of november at 3:32pm to cancel my membership with them and they refused to cancel my membership. They told me that l still owe them, after stealing from my account for five good months they still have the mind to tell me that l still owe them. l had only one month of training with them, l was not told by the personal trainer non the manager that l have to cancel within the second month of the training. l didn't receive any copy of the contract or agreement to remind me that l have to cancal with in the second month of tne training. not even verbally by the personal trainer. Tell me how am l supposed to know what they have on the contract. The personal trainer admited that it was her fault by not telling me that l have to cancel in the second month before her manager. During registration at fitness evolution they do not tell you anything about what is in the contract. They only tell you what the $19.99 package have and the $9.99 package dont have.
