We purchased a refurbished treadmill. Over $3k. Treadmill was severely damaged during delivery because it was dropped on the driveway. Company acknowledged the damage and 3 months later has not fully repaired the damage caused by their delivery team. We have exchanged many emails and phone calls regarding this issue. They stopped responding to my inquiries to have this repaired under the 6 month warranty. Complete communication blackout.

On 11/*/16 I placed an order for several pieces of exercise equipment (order #*** totaling $6,235.00 and another order on 12/*/16 (order #***) totaling $6,415. I was reassured by the sales rep that our equipment would be arriving in 6-8 weeks. After 16 weeks and no equipment I asked for a refund, to which they agreed. It is now June *** and we have not received a refund. I keep getting the run around from the booking keepers via email and they are telling me the only way I can get a refund is to dispute the charge with my bank. They've had my $12K for 7 months now and I'd just like it back. Would have preferred to just work it out with them privately and not submit a formal compliant.
