Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2015/11/20) */ We were waiting for a reply confirmation from Dr [redacted] that we shipped the remaining equipment it would be accepted by him in Puerto RicoAlthough we did receive an email from Dr [redacted] on August 12th, it was replied to because his message was unclear to us whether or not he would be accepting the deliveryOnce the confirmation was received on October 15th we began the process again and the balance of his order was released from our warehouse to a local carrier on behalf of the Puerto Rico freight forwarder and tracking was sent to Dr [redacted] Additional parts are handled by our Service and Parts departments and their contact info was sent to Dr [redacted] On October 6th the following email was sent to him confirming all the above Dr [redacted] , Below is the actual emails sent to you on August 6th, 10th & 12th requesting that you confirm acceptance of the units upon delivery - NOT at your expenseThe emails also expressed that our Director and Parts Coordinator will work with you to resolve any parts you may needWe have had no reply from you, [redacted] or [redacted] confirming that you will accept the units upon arrival and work with our departments for the parts you requirePlease advise upon receipt of this email, thank you" Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 13, 2016/01/11) */ My case against KAC Fitness is not resolved, but the case appears with a status of resolved, I responded your email on November XX XXXX to the Revdex.com, as indicated in the forwarded message below KAC Fitness still owe me everything I claimed beforeThis case is not resolved and I need your help in this matter in order to recover what they took from mePlease I ask you to reopen this case again, because without your help justice won't be done here I received an email from Fitness Equipment Depot Warehouse on November 12, telling me that they booked the shipment through Magic TransportWe call Magic Transport on November and they told us that Fitness Equipment Depot Warehouse only made a partial booking, and they did not received any equipment, or any payment for the shipment, they did not know when the equipment would be shipped [redacted] KAC Fitness Warehouse and its personal refuse to talk about the money they owe me and are holding in an tatted to blackmailing me to sign a release letter Today, at one and a half year after the full payment of the equipment, I have not received the equipment they owe me, the repair parts of the never working machines: R recumbent bike, the upright bike, and the treadmill, neither the money of the returned check they gave me plus the money I spent in the travel to NY to collect my money an received a checkThey still owe me $7794.60, machines and all the repair parts previously mentioned

They still owe me $7794.60, 2 machines and all the repair parts previously mentioned.
