I want it zeroed out, the fact the employees have not recorded my numerous calls isn't my problem, the fact that I'm disabled and cannot get to the store is an issue that I've explained numerous times to both local and corporatethere is a total disregard for disabled customers clearly they should stipulate that more clearlyI appreciate the closing of my account, finally after months and all the trouble of going through other agenciesthank you for your time

membership. Our associate explained our cancellation policy. We do require cancellations be in writing. We do accept letters via certified mail as part of our cancellation policy which is noted in the terms and conditions that said member electronically signed upon joining online. We discuss cancellation policies with every joining member when done in club. If a member joins online then it is up to them to read the terms and conditions of their own agreement. We have gone ahead and processed a cancellation for this members account to simply resolve the dispute.
