I moved out of state because my best friend had passed away and was living in my car. I called to cancel my subscription and gave me a hard time about it saying I had to mail something in. I was living in my car and didn't have any money on top of that they kept charging my account. They took the rest of my gas money out of my car and I was without food for a few days. Had to ask my friends for money so I could get food and gas money while looking for a job. They didn't cancel and continue to charge to my account and when I called they said they would call back and resolve the issue. They have been charging my account and are making it difficult to cancel. This is very unethical business practices! I have tried to find a corporate number to talk to a manger and have reasonable discussion about this situation but all the numbers don't work. Getting know where. Seems like they are trapping people and getting away with bad business practices. I know that I most likely won't get my money back all I want is to cancel a gym membership that I can't attend because I live 2300 miles away. Please help. They are making it difficult and before I got my job now taking advantage of homeless person.
