This is *** *** the General Manager of the Fitness location on *** ** ** *** *** I'm responding to the complaint from Mrs*** about her account. There was an error in her billing when she cancelled her account and therefore she was charged on Feb15th. We
caught this error and refunded/credited the money to her card for the full amount she was owed. Her account has been deleted and taken care of so I'm not sure what else she is seeking in this matter as it has been closed and corrected
