are month-to-month, as indicated on the signed membership agreement and we do our very best to make every member aware of our cancellation policy, in which we require a thirty-day written notice either in house or via certified mailWe had no record of the cancellation for this member, so billing continued as scheduled for the fifteenth of every month via automatic withdraw through the EFT information that was providedWe value our members very much and we want to be able to provide restitution to the party involved in the amount requested of fifty-three dollars; this amount includes the monthly dues for the month of March, April, and the Annual Fee of twenty-nine dollarsThis specific monthly dues membership has been cancelled and no further processing will occurWe hope this will be well received by the parties involved and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused
