I ordered a few products from this online skincare/beauty website Fitglow Beauty. None of the products did as promised and the VitaActive Serum gave me an allergic reaction with tiny little bumps all over my face and neck. The makeup didn't go on very well, it looked splotchy and cracked after wearing it for an hour or two. The de-puffing eye serum didn't de-puff at all. I filled out a request for return/refund on their website message page. I was emailed back two days later August 15, 2018. The director *** said they do not take returns of opened products. Which is ridiculous because how would I know I would have an allergic reaction if I never opened and used the product. And how would I know the makeup is so *** if I didn't open the package and try it? I would like to return all products for a full refund of $285.25 on order number #6133(The online company Fitglow Beauty doesn't list an address or contact phone number so your Revdex.com employee over the phone instructed me to fill out the Revdex.com address/phone instead so I could proceed with the online complaint)

Before ordering from our company the customer explained to us that she was allergic to Vitamin C on 3/21/18. We advised her the Vita Active Serum has a high percentage of vitamin C. The customers went ahead on 8/2/18 and ordered the Vita Active Serum after our advisement. The customer *** wrote us a response demanding to be refunded. We sent her our return policy which states there are no returns accepted of opened products. After multiple correspondences we decided to give the customer a refund on 8/17/18 for the Vita Active Serum due to her unpleasant responses. After the refund was processed she then demanded her whole order be refunded which is absolutely ridiculous. Due to the *** we received from this customer we issued a full refund on 8/17/18 to prevent her from *** our employees any further which was again unnecessary but there seemed to be no other option. After issuing a full refund and taking a very large loss on all products and expenses, the customer filed an obscene complaint with the Revdex.com.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They would not refund me so I had to contact them again. I said they "clearly are not confident in their product if they do not offer a refund for an allergic reaction." That is not *** that is a valid observation. And then they sent me some sort of final message taunting me after I finally got them to refund it. If anything they were the *** and they are flipping it on me now because they don't want to look bad.
Why would I keep one product that I was allergic to and why would I keep the the rest of the products when they don't work as promised? I only used each product once and any normal business would have no problem returning the product.
I did not *** them one bit, I was very professional.
The fact they said I tried to *** them is outrageous. So they *** about their customers on top of it, this is a terrible business.
We issued a full refund to the customer as well as let her keep the other products in her order and took a loss. We believe this case is settled. The customer received what she asked for. We do regret the products did not work out for her but Vitamin C can react to sensitive skin. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to settle this.
