Review: I signed up for this gym on New Year's eve this year 2015. I made an upfront payment of $347.50 for gym usage until July 31st. The gym was closed as per [redacted] for nearly 2 months as he was supposedly sick with pneumonia. Then the gym was closed for remodeling and whenever I tried to find out about the gym it seemed to be unavailable to use. [redacted] also coaxed me into buying this dieting program called [redacted] and I paid $295.61 towards it however never ended up receiving the product. I then asked for a refund on the purchase since I never received the product and he said I will have my refund on May 15th however till this date he has not refunded me.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund for the product I never received and for gym services that I am unable to use.
